CURL TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

We’ll always kick things off with a consultation where we’ll chat about your hair likes, dislikes, current condition and hair health. This is where the magic begins as we exchange stories and I offer advice of what will work best with your current hair type.

We’ll embark on a 3D adventure as we cut your curly locks from different angles and positions. This step is crucial for achieving that perfectly balanced haircut.

It’s time to create your curls. Fun fact alert – Did you know your curls are born during the washing process, not when you’re applying products? We’ll shampoo not once, but twice because water is the key to happy curls. After that, we’ll condition your hair, detangle if necessary, and add a moment of peace and relaxation with a soothing head massage.

Now it’s all about creating your curls definition. Your hair needs to be soaking wet for this part and after washing, I’ll add even more water. I’ll gently apply some gel in sections, followed by the squishing technique. It’s really important that you fully understand the process so you’ll get to see and feel the curl magic too.

Sit back and relax as we diffuse your hair. This part is all about you, so feel free to unwind and be yourself.

Now it’s time for the curly reveal. Close your eyes and embrace the anticipation as your hair sets. And then… ta-da! Prepare to be amazed by your fabulous, transformed curls!
