Our Policies

At Kim Alexandra Hair, I go out of my way to make sure my valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute you enter our doors to the moment you leave the Beauty Studios. Please take a moment to review my policies to ensure you understand our procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to spend time with you and help with your queries.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to following terms and conditions:

Consultation Appointment & Skin Test

An excellent hair consultation is the first step to achieving your desired hair goals.

In-salon consultations include an Allergy Alert Test (AAT). If you are having a virtual consultation, please book an AAT separately. An AAT is to ensure your safety, as products are constantly changing.

Consultations are an excellent opportunity to plan for your colour appointment and book the required amount of time to achieve your desired look, plus give you a quote for your needed service.

I require every colour client to have an Allergy Alert Test (Skin test) before we can secure a booking. This is to ensure insurance compliance & following the manufacturer's instructions for the products I use.

This must be done a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment.

This requires you to apply a small amount of colour formula to the inside of your elbow; this can be washed off after 45 minutes.

Should you experience any signs of irritation, reddening, swelling, inflammation or itching,

please get in touch with me, as I cannot continue with this particular product.

If you develop symptoms that make you unwell,

please get in touch with a medical professional.

I require 48 hours' notice so that your appointment can be offered to another customer.

In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations, or no-shows, you will be required to pay for future appointments in full, in advance.

I sincerely do not wish for this to be the case and would take this opportunity to remind you that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place, and I am happy to provide a full refund if you cancel within that time frame.
