Being invited to an event at the beautiful Darver Castle was an absolute privilege and what a dreamy way to spend a weekday! Nestled in the heart of Co. Louth, Darver Castle is a privately owned, 15th-century estate that’s been lovingly transformed into one of Ireland’s most romantic wedding venues. Think: timeless charm, sprawling grounds, and that perfect mix of history and luxury. We gathered with some of the most talented wedding suppliers in the country to celebrate a huge milestone 25 years of love stories hosted within those castle walls and to toast the launch of their brand new Darver Castle Gin. The castle itself? BREATHTAKING.
The team? So warm and welcoming.
The food? Honestly… I could’ve cleared the table all over again. It was one of those days that reminds you just how special this industry is.
